Returns, exchanges & refunds

We want you to love what you buy. If something is not right, return or exchange it within 1 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and unwashed, with tags, fold and packaging intact.
• Fall & pico, stitched and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless defective.
• Products marked “exchange only” or “non-returnable” on their page follow that rule (shown before you buy).
• Colours can look slightly different between screens; every product has a daylight photo. If the colour is clearly different from the photos, we accept the return.

How it works

• Start a return from your order page; we arrange a free reverse pickup in most pincodes.
• After a quality check, refunds go to store credit instantly or to your original payment method within 5–7 working days — your choice.
• Exchanges ship as soon as the returned piece is picked up.
